Ski Hire and other stuff in Chatel

Hi all,

Although still a novice - have managed to blag a few cheap days in Chatel (free accommodation - so not to be sniffed at). flying out Sat 12th Feb.

Just wondered if any of you could recommend a decent hire shop either close to the super-chatel lift/gondola or close to our accommodation which is on Route De Vonnes (just south of the town centre).

Finally - any great tips for food & drink welcomed (or anything else for that matter !!)
