Hello,
My mate has just booked a holiday (29th) to oberau for us and he has bought the lift passes off the operator. when i asked my mate what area does the pass cover he didnt have a clue( new skier only skied in bulgaria) i am an unfit advanced skier he early intermediate...
so can anybody help me with the info please? i have a feeling that it is only going to cover the oberau mountain!

It should be the Wildschonau pass, which also covers Niederau in done direction with a little more to go at than Oberau, and Auffach in the other direction where the better skiing is to be found. Theres a free bus linking all 3 resorts on your lift pass.

Hey Mike,
I will also be out in Niederau on that week (29th jan - 5th feb). The pass you will have will cover the 3 resorts as Tony said before. Me and a few mates are going to be skiing mainly Niederau and Auffach as there isn't much to ski in Oberau. I would advise you to get the ski bus to "N" or "A" for the days skiing. Also for a bit of Apres-ski then Niederau is the place....

Very true, i am a fan of harp playing and Austrian music so i will be at home, supposedly there is a new bar called the white rabbit so i will check that out too while i am there as one of my friends works there...should be a good crack

took a lot of the worry out of my visit! didnt fancy just skiing oberau...maybe i'll see you on the slopes. if you see a big yellow canary....thats me :)

Never really skiied in oberau, i know there is at least one run but i think they use it for tobogganing one evening a week under the floodlights......
