Les Trois Hotel Chaudanne Meribel

Hi Guys. I'm off to Meribel with my wife in Feb. Been there before and loved the 3 valleys. I decided to book this hotel but have read some pretty awful reviews. Quite honestly I don't care - I just want a bed and a shower. To me it's all about the skiing but some reviews mention that it's so bad there are cases of food poisoning etc. Pretty scary considering Crystal have it in their "Finest" range. Anyone been to it - have any opinion, advice etc? Many Thanks in advance! Rob.
