Geneva area Dec. 5-11, Beginner needs help
Login
Hi
Great site,
I have Many questions, needs help…
I'm traveling with my Son (15) for his first ski experience. He wants Snowboard.
Important: dates: Dec. 4-11 , 2010 (next week).
We will fly to Geneva and either hire a car or take a train.
1. Where should we go for a "confirmed" ski/snowboard for beginners area? And not too far from Geneva? Budget is a consideration too.
2. Good snowboard school recommendation?
3. Should we go to Chervinia or Austrian resort instead?
Thanks in advance
Tzachi

Right now it is snowing a great deal across the whole area near to Geneva so you should be ok next week in those areas that are open. The problem you have is most places are not planned to be open until the 11 Dec. But check the internet, with all this snow some places may open early. Good luck.
