Welcome to J2ski :D One of the easiest transfers from Zurich is by rail to Engelberg. Might be a bit of a squeeze with your 12 hours though. The slopes are spectacular, the price will depend on your budget. You'll need lessons?

It's probably likely that you'll not learn to ski properly in the day, most folk take a little longer.

Einsiedeln has no skiing worth mentioning. Engelberg is quite a distance but your best option in the event of poor snow elsewhere.
Nearer to Zurich is Flumserberge . Check the Rail & Snow option from the swiss railway. During the season I believe there is a ski-train starting from the airport , can't verify the schedule at the moment.
