Very good, i lost around ten pounds or nearly a stone, i was 187 pounds and now im 177 or 176.8 pounds.

Yes we will be having our fix at the same time. Stopping at The Rousel right by the avalanche break between Le lac and Val Claret. Great to see the white stuff building up.
