nearest decent resort is Garmisch.you can get a taxi transfer to resort - check out garmisch website. worth hiring a car though - you can get to Innsbruck in an hour and get to the likes of solden, ischgl, st. anton, obergurgl in about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. you can also get to the kitzbuhler alp resorts in about 2 hours

I've looked through the ski resort in St.Anton. It is really cool)
Is it possible to find a room (B&B) at St.Anton for 5 nights at some pension or private houses for not more than 50 EUR per room (for 2 persons)?
Or maybe it will be a good idea to stay somewhere in the neighborhood (I mean around 5-10 km) of the St.Anton and then take a buses or train or whatever everyday to reach St.Anton ski resort? Where I can find any information adout public transport there? Or this is not good idea?...

possibly, but more likely probably not.
St Anton is not a cheap place, but there are one or two budget pensions. Check out the tourist authority website for accommodation.
But if you want the best intermediate skiing, this is as good as it gets.
