Definitely not Niederau, and not Mayrhofen either. Theres plenty of nice hotels there with pools, but nothing easy to ski on, no greens.
I think caron is right, you need to look at Obergurgl. Ellistine is there this week so you might want to PM him and seek his opinion.

Someone mentioned skiwelt but I wouldn't recommend it for your party.
I am a pretty confident red skier in France and Italy (and even black in Italy!)but we went to Hopfgarten inthe skiwelt this year and found it is practically all red moguls!! I really struggled and didn't enjoy it - it may be better on the Soll or Ellmau sides but that involved getting down some blacks first. I have heard Westendorf on the other side of the valley is a lot gentler and a prett little village to boot but very little apres.
