Where to ski at Christmas 2015

Les Carroz isn't bad by public transport: fly/train to Geneva then there is sometimes a bus direct to Flaine (Les Carroz is on the way). If not you can bus to Les Cluses & maybe get a bus, or if all else fails - a taxi. Not really worth hiring a car as the ski bus around the town is a good service & nothing is all that far anyway. When we went to Les Carroz we got a train from Paris to Cluses. There are definitely buses from Cluses to Les Carroz. On the way back we got a taxi from Les Carroz to Cluses because the bus time didn't suit us. AFAIR it's not that far and it didn't cost an unreasonable amount. Our friends flew into Geneva and hired a car and drove to Les Carroz. They said it was an easy journey. I would love to go back to Les Carroz sometime.
