EST Bindings???

They are a bit quicker to get in and out of. I have never tried them but my mate has got some and loves them. You get a lot of heated debate about the pros and cons of Flow bindings and whether they are better or worse than normal ratchet bindings like EST bindings. If you look around on some of the snowboard forums you will be able to read some of the recurring debates.

I would have thought that these were the perfect bindings for all snowboarders:

Flow bindings are definitely the way forward. The ball and chain snowboards now and again(I have converted her to more civilized ways)and I have to say I don't have to hang around the top of chair lifts nearly so much since she fitted the flow bindings!! :D
