Go to one of their shops then ;-)

Interesting to know how many people percentage wise book themselves, use a travel agent or visit the high street to book.

When I was looking around for a booking at the end of last month, we went into an Independent TO in Norwich and although very pleasant they could not do anything I could not do on line ...... not surprised but very disappointing.

I straight out asked my local high street travel agent why i should use them.
I asked what they could do for me in store that i could not do online direct with the TO. I asked if they could get me a better deal.

The answer was straight forward and honest. Nothing and No.

I walked out and booked directly.
