About 7 weeks ago I booked an appt in Flaine for 6, with P&V.
Then a couple of days ago I recieved and email from they advertising new discounts. Feeling rather cheated I read the small print in the terms and conditions of the new offer.
"this offer can not be applied to existing booking"
NOT VERY HAPPY. :evil: :evil: :evil:
However I still called them, ready for a arguement/discussion about why I should be given the saving.....
It took all of 2 seconds - they were quite happy to offer the lower price.
Now - VERY HAPPY :D :D :D

Inghams did exactly the same for us. It resulted in an extra £100 knocked off for us. Very pleased.
