Go skiing every year but havent been to italy in a while, headin in a week and half (yehoo) and a member of the party is 13. He doesnt wear a helmet, but is it still law for him to wear one now in Italy for family skiing? I know you might think he should but he doesnt want to so im just double checking

Tell him Seth Morrison wears a helmet, show him this:
and be done with it.
If that does not convince say a helmet probably saved this dudes life:
I know as an impressionable young dude the only reason he can possibly not want to wear a helmet is because he doesn't think it is cool or that all the other kids won't be wearing them. In Italy they will.
