Hi guys
As we will be arriving late Saturday night and leaving the following Saturday morning, we will only be able to see the instructor show on the Sunday that we get there.
Can anyone tell me where it is at and what time it starts and does it cost?

OOh I think so.....I think I read it somewhere. I just know if it is just on a Sunday we are only there for one Sunday so dont want to miss it. Unfortunately I dont think the kids would be asked to take part as they will only have been in ski school for 1 day.

hi,
The ski show is on every sunday at 8:30pm on the main beginner's slope behind the ski school office. It's free for all to attend, and Bobo's bar has a little stall selling plenty of Gluwhein to keep you warm!It usually lasts about 3/4 of an hour.
It's a great night, and well worth going to watch. The instructors put on a good show, and show how it should be done, and it's very entertaining. They also get the children involved, and some lucky children from ski school that day will be chosen to take part along with their instructors, so you never know your children may be taking part.
I tried to take some photos last time I was there, but unfortunatley, they didn't come out too well, but Paralyticskicrazy managed to get a couple, and they're on facebook,if you want to have a look.
Enjoy!

The very cold night I was there, and saw Bobo skiing without being under the influence myself, one of the female instructors seriously damaged her leg. It was initially thought she had broken it, but I think it was ligament damage. We only found out afterwards, as the show continued as if nothing had happened to everyones credit.

That's the whole point Karen, they do ask a group of kids to take part so as to show what they can do after 1 day ski school. I'm not sure how they actually decide, but there were 2 young girls at the hotel where I was staying who were so excited.
That was the same night I was there Tony H. My instructor was one of the guys who had to carry the poor woman down off the slope, and apparently she did break her one leg and damaged the ligaments in the other and had an opearation the same evening. The sad thing was that she had only just started skiing again after some horrible injury she suffered last year. Maybe someone's telling her it's time to stop??
