Think I might be hooked!!

I was waiting for my new found ski-obsession to wear off in the summer......I'm still waiting! If anything it was worse coz I knew it was far to long until I next went!
Who-ever discovers the cure for ski-sickness will be rich!
Cure for ski-sickness? Whoa, I sure know that if it was ever invented, i'd be paying someone to get this cure off the earth! :P
Skiing is immense, by far the best thing you could ever learn IMO! :D
Good to have you back.
I need a cure to the post-ski blues kind of ski-sickness, and I need it NOW!!!! All this talk of Niederau in the other thread is not helping!!!!

Oh dear, am I sad or what :( Didn't think I was that bothered about skiing but I've found myself studying the ski lessons on you tube, trying out the techniques in my lounge and longing to go back and pick up where I left off. My OH is definitely hooked and is even talking about working 7 days a week to try and save for next winter - sure is addictive this skiing lark

Once you got it. it'll never go away. You might be able to blank it out on occasion in the summer but once the dark nights come back you will become completely re-obsessed again!

Skiing: the art of catching cold and going broke while rapidly heading nowhere at great personal risk.
