Made an order with these guys online expecting pretty dodgy service(what I wanted was not available anywhere else), rang up to check on my order, super helpful guy on the end of the phone.. order being dispatched today!

I've never had any problems with them, i ordered a boot bag t'other week and came within a week and that was over the christmas/ new year period!

I had a boot fitting with them a while back and they recomended technica.
The boots were agony and i ended up taking them to pro feet for some personal adjustment and insoles.
Within 5 mins of looking at my feet pro feet said they never should have sold me technica for my shape of foot.
Luckily the guy at pro feet worked miricles and after 3 hours of stretching and manipulating eventually got a good fit and they have been great since.
He said it would have been much easier on a more suitable boot.
I guess it just depends on who you get at snow and rock and the luck of the draw.

Bet you the guy was nice when he was selling you the wrong boots though :wink:
