I thought Zell am See was very pretty, because of the lake and the trees.

For a slightly more unusual 'scenic'. You could include the resort of le tour, above argentiere, in the Chamonix valley. The view of the aosta dam is spectacular! Probably a seperate list of unusual views.

As Bandit has mentioned your most scenic ski resort is very personal, I find beauty in many alpine areas I have been to both summer and winter.
I can mention many, the Aravis, top of mottolino looking towards Bormio & Stelvio, views from Monte Moro towards the Monte Rosa I could continue but I'm bored .......

My vote also goes to Zermatt. Jungfrau is also spectacular but in Zermatt you feel completely surrounded by impressive mountains, valleys, glaciers etc.
Some other resorts have great views but limited in scale or extent. This photo below is at the Avoriaz/Champery border was worth a stop for a drink of two!
