Snowmobiling in Germany??

I know it's not skiing or snowboarding, but this is the best site I've found so far that's 1) in English 2) has cool people that actually reply to posts and 3) deals with snow.

So I'm just curious, is snowmobiling popular over there? With all the mountains and snow it's gotta be heaven for riding.
