hi,
of to soll on the 19th of january with a couple of mates. any suggestions on where to sort out our ski hire and passes. do we do it on-line or wait to we get there. anyone else going around that date.

Hi Nick,
SkiSet have a shop "Snow and Fun" - click Ski Hire in Soll for the j2ski discount (20% off walk-in price + the 7th day free).
Might be worth checking the location of the shop in relation to where you're staying - there is a map on the SkiSet site.

thanks for that. but with that site you can only hire skis and boots. where as a couple of us just wanty to hire skis any suggestions,

You can hire Skis without boots from SkiSet, no problem.
Go to http://j2ski.skiset.com/.
Select the Country, Resort and Rental Date and hit Continue.
Then, on the screen where you select the grade of ski you want, there is a checkbox above the picture of each ski; labelled "with boots". Just clear that to remove boots from that pack (and reduce the price, of course).
You can hire a mix of packs - with or without boots.
Go to http://j2ski.skiset.com/.
