Who is the best at boarding?

I am going boarding for the first time in March 2008. I have been skiing for about 15 years.

I am going with my girlfriend, she has never skied (is that teh correct spelling?????) or boarded.

All things being equal, which one of us will find learning the easiest?

But as the weight distribution in skiing v boarding is opposite will she find it easier.. :?:

I reckon you're both gonna fall over an awful lot!

I'm not sure if I could go through the whole learning process again. Especially when I could be out on the mountain carving it up :thumbup:

A skier friend of mine is having boarding lessons during our Holiday in January. Her partner has never boarded or skied. I'll let you know how they get on.

Dont say that about carving it up....I know I know....

If powder conditions prevail I will have to have a 'quick' blast one afternoon.

I have always said that after all this skiing I dont want to spend a week on my @rse!
