Thinking about joining family for trip to Warth this winter. However, they won't travel from the UK but by car from elsewhere so I need to get there by myself.
What would be the easiest/cheapest way to get there from the UK (Oxfordshire) ?
I know there is a number of options of airports to fly to there, but from where is it the easiest to travel onwards in a economical way after that. Don't mind a few changes if need being.
Found a bus connection from Friedrichshafen airport to Lech, but I've read that the road between Lech and Warth can be closed most of the winter.
Anyone on here got any suggestions how to get there ?
(private taxi is not affordable!)

It's actually quite an awkward place to get to, the main route that I've used is up from the Bregenzerwald. I'm pretty sure you'll find public transport from Bregenz which isn't too hard to get to from Friedrichshafen, they're both on the Bodensee.
I'm sure the tourist office would be delighted to help though.
