Almost Bandit, yes.

Being overly expressive and using a mixture of several languages, along with a made up accent would be about right.

Possibly one of the funniest moments of my life springs to mind. Skidaddle managed to order a coffee (actually has asked for a cafe), a chocolate bar, and thank the assistant in approximately 5 different languages together, enhanced by several accents which I can only describe as agriculturaly regional. I ended up running on ice in my ski boots with 2 coffee slipping about on a tray just to get to my table to prevent myself from hurting any more from laughter.
I guess you had to be there.

Bandit, this was no stereotypical Englishman shouting in English and pointing at things. This was total initiative.
