Still got 2 adults living at home, but we can do what we want when we want.
BTW, I could do with losing a stone, I'm not Daniel Lambert!

You don't look over weight to me Tony, unless you hide it well, you can normally tell by the face, just look at my pic :wink:

Only a little bit, but its more a case of me wanting to lose a bit. Problem is, to lose it I should stop the booze, and thats just not going to happen. I like it too much. Ideal scenario would be lose a stone and carry on eating and drinking what I like, but once your metabolism slows down, it all catches up with you somewhere.

you can eat what you like (within reason)if you exercise enough! its not your metabolism that's slowed down its you
