Any chance of you being ski-fit this season? You were doubtful.

My OH had a second Xray this week, and the man said it's all healing good, probably no ligament damage, and to get some weight on it. He even ventured a view that she may be OK to ski at New Year!!


That's brilliant news about your oh :thumbup:. must be a relief.

I'm determined to ski this season. knees are feeling pretty good, almost normal in fact. I'm gearing myself up for reall-ski then snowdome and then tignes! 8)

the two physio's that treated me for my arm and back injuries were quite pretty, young, pretty, athletically fit and very bright, just a killer combination really :oops: part of the treatment was ESWT (look it up, it's exactly as painful as it sounds) and when they used to ask if the intensity was right I'd always try and look hardcore and tell them to turn it up, I can't imagine they were impressed )

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy thats hard corr stuff but has great reports, i just hope the young tottie kept your mind distracted from the pain ise
