Ive just booked the Obermair I always leave my skis and boots in the Crystal Office when I come off the slopes next to penkenbahn then have a Few beers around Town For a small weekly fee.Last 2 years Ive been up on the Ahorn on my first day just to get Ski legs in and its not so busy finish off with long EbbenWald run into MH and then have a Buttie at Hans the Butchers across from Penkenbahn Best Sarnies in the world. then get bus up to finkenburg and do a few runs over there Penkenbahn gets to Busy.

garry , ive stayed at the obermair a couple of times . nice place and well positioned for the train to get you down the valley to other resorts. also it`s proably as easy to get to the horberg lifts from there as it is to get to the penken . so you can avoid the queues :D

the obermairs pretty good . last stayed there 2011. it has a sauna/steam room and a pool which is freezing  there is a main building and an annexe linked by a underground walk way . i heard people say that the main building is better and all the brits get shoved in the annexe . but ive stayed in both and could`nt see any differance other than having to walk through the tunnel to get to breakfast.
