If you look at the temperatures across the different models in this post here they are quite divergent but still around -15C in Geneva at the end of next week...
...so, yeah, take yer thermals!
It does happen - we were in Verbier season before last when it was below -20C for several days. The snow kept well but you really didn't want to be out there.

its gone from one extreme to the other!!!!!! Very warm up until now then plumeting temperatures!
Great news though, although some seriously cold skiing, but if it werent for the cold, we wouldnt be able to ski!!
I am off to Austria in the middle of Feb, so lets hope it stays cold and dumps everyday till then!! :D
