Great, thanks
IME wrong. That said, I have not been there at peak season, or for a couple of years..
certainly gives you a start, Palma airport is the same in wind. "Right Terry, left at the end of the mountains, give it a few yards and remove the keys. Jobs a guddun."

I don't recall a major problem flying sleasy into Grenoble with skis. It's been a bit more chaotic booking in to return. Very handy airport for getting to Alpe D'Huez, or Les Deux Alpes by cheap public transport - albeit that it can be a bit of a journey time, waiting both at the airport, and for the connecting bus at the Gare Routiere by the Railway station.

Have flown into Grenoble a couple of times recently and the baggage procedure was different on both occasions, but both similarly chaotic. I know its too late but it is a place to be avoided if at all possible.
Packages flying there are cheaper due to the lower costs of airport service charges and navigational service charges.
Think Ryanair destination airport ie Hamburg Lubeck, trying to handle Stansted passenger volume
Good Luck :D

Sounds like a very short runway 8)
Had a similar experience in Malta many years ago, the plane came down flat and bumped along the runway several times all because it was a very short runway

Have to say that it wasn't too chaotic, and a lot better than going through Lyon, especially with Ski's.
