Does anyone know what are the piste conditions like in Kitzbuhel? I go there Thursday & I got a bit of a fright today, as some websites are reporting that the resort is closed

I have just checked this website which gives the number of runs open etc, doesn't say anything about it being closed.

Thanks blackpool-skier, I received an email snow report today from snow-forecast & they had piste closed all over it, so I checked another snow report & it said the same... Hope your right & those snow reports are wrong! Thanks again.. Happy skiing.

Heavy snow making in Kitz. I plan to be watching the Downhill practise on Tuesday ~ and to get there, plan to ski over from Kirchberg.

Thanks Dave Mac, hopefully the natural powder will start falling heavily from the skies @ night with blue sky's during day light hours! Enjoy the downhill training next Tuesday... Safe skiing...

Snow in the valley so its not bad at all, but its 6c up the mountain so it needs to cool down. Its spring conditions by the look of it

My son is based there as a rookie Ski Instructor... his only comments to me last weekend was it was too warm and more snow was needed... looks like more is forecast over the next few days
