Hi whilst shopping in Southampton today Went into a Decathlon sports store and was amazed at the choice of ski gear, Skis boots and loads of other stuff,ie Head ski boots for £89.
Has anyone got any ski gear from them and what was it like

Bought jackets, helmet, goggles, tennis shoes & raquets, cycling gear, all kinds of sports items. Be careful with ski boots. You need to know your shell size. Even if you get a bargain, you are unlikely to get a set up at Decathlon, and may need to visit a boot fitter.
Skis would be OK, if you know what you are looking for, although, on my last visit, there were no models that I would have gone for.
