Wanted to share my favourite travelling website for kipping in airports due to early flights...
However next Friday for the 6.45 to geneva (anyone on it?) from London city airport it is not possible to sleep in a chair as they don't have any apparently (acc to this website that seems to know)
How do others manage? I looked into a hotel but none are walking distance and travel lodge is full. (coming by train not car)
Any tips?

How about this Ibis hotel? I've never stayed in it, but it says it is within walking distance of London City airport, and I've stayed in other Ibis hotels.

I would definitely NOT like to stay up all night before a ski holiday! I'm far too old for that sort of thing

yeah we did it in gatwick before going to europe for a summer package. We come from norfolk so too far to get to that day unless by car.
Gatwick is voted the best on that website for comfort in sleeping and i got a good few hours.
Ally - Ibis reviews said it was too far to walk. will call them.
NIIIXSY I'm fifty something with arthritic knees but luckily so far it doesnt seem to affect my skiing. Cheers - am unbelievably excited!!
