Been there the last 3 years look up Dave' Sports which is in town. As its away from the gondolla its far cheaper than others. Quality equipment so much so alot of our group left their owns skis at home when we returned. Book on line before you go and you will get 10% off. Any questions about location etc PM me any time. Put it this way we are struggling to find skihire for the same value in Saalbach for January 2013 :-(

Hi thanks for that. I can find the website and translate but the online booking option doesn't seem to be working or it's not iPads friendly.

Dave Sports has sold up and moved to Wales. All us taffies frequenting Soll must have convinced him... But we have it from Dave himself that the new owners are keeping both the quality of the gear the great advice and the prices.
There are 33 of us in Soll over Xmas and the New Year this year,our numbers have grown year on year a testament to great place that has not run away with itself.
The snow as always been great lets hope so again !!!

Used them (Daves,3 years ago, New Year. WE spent 5 minutes talking German to each other, before.......

The guy on the left is the person I am trying to locate. We played together in the Bichlwirt, Niederau. All I know is ~ good skier, very good guitarist and singer.
