Last night as a starter Hubby made prawn and crab cakes, they were to die for. All made from scratch and a lovely chilli dip sauce, really nice.
While this topic is about food, has any one every used a Raclette. Its traditional every Xmas one of Hubbys presents is always a gadget for the kitchen, I bought him one and we have never used it. Dont really know how.

I got given one for christmas last year, and it's still in the box, never been used. Feel a bit guilty about it actually.

I had one last year was ok, prefer fondu

Raclette? It's a product of a time when people had too much cheese, too much time on their hands, and no cookbooks.
