Today was the first day of Glenshee opening and although there were only four tows running we had a cracker of a day!
Probably about 50cars in the car park and access to the cairn well side
Best run of the day required a short walk up to the tiger run and then down through the wind swept powder
A day in Scotland with Bright blue skies, powder snow and sun is very very rare!!
Admin-can I post a photo or two without first uploading them to Facebook etc-I would love the non believers to realise just how nice today was!!!
If you knew Scotland was going to be that good all the time it would be one of the best places to go!

Thanks!
Was up at Nevis last weekend and had another great day-even better snow but vis came and went throughout the day
Unfortunately there was a huge cloud that just hung on top of the peak which stopped us dropping into the back corries-very frustrating as we saw guys doing them and they came out covered in snow, waist deep in places apparently. Low avalanche risk and the traverse out was open :-(
next time!
