We are seeking for good off-piste skiing - and both have a good reputation...so it´s going to be hard to choose.

I have a question for all you people out there who have been in these places.

We are going for three weeks to Italy in february-march, and we are going to visit Monte Rosa and the Dolomites.
But as we know saturdays is usually the "switchday" - they rent appartments from saturday to saturday - we have to decide where to stay for two weeks and where for one...

Help me out here! Which one would YOU choose for a two week stay? Why?

Do YOU SusanR by any chance know how the transport works to Monte Rose from the Dolomites? Or how the transport works from Monte Rosa to Venice? We are going to the Dolomites and we are trying to find out how to get to Monte Rosa from there?

Do you know how we can get around in those areas - there isn´t a train, right? We don´t have a car and we are flying to Venice - and trying to take a skishuttle from there to Arabba.

But do you know how the buses go between the vallyes in general, If we would go to Champoluc and Alaga? What woulb be the best way to get there from Arabba? Ideas?

Hi!

We are a bunch of skiers from finland going to the Dolomites in february-march. I´m been trying to get some information on where I could find the best valley to stay at. We are going to stay for three weeks - and we are going to change valley/resort/area where we are going to live. After some research I´ve found out that Arabba is a great area for them who like off-piste. So I think we are going to be there for the first half of our trip but we don´t know where we should live the second half.

Could you please help me with this?

If YOU have been there and know the area could you recommend a area? We are looking for off-piste, we are going to ski not party (not so much anyway..).
