Ian, I was wondering why the intimacy with Thetford. It is obviously a route on your rounds. I will wind my neck in on this however, it will always be synominous with you now :lol:


I have no idea, you have to drive through the forest to get out of Norfolk, I must stop there sometime in my desperate attempt to depart Norfolk.

It's only 11 days until I leave for Morzine but I don't think I'll be skiing in Morzine then, unless they have a big dump and open early. I'm still excited though and we will have plenty of time to do a few day trips to other resorts that are higher.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Yes, drive up to the car park at Prodains and ski Avoriaz from there :D

That's a shame! Oh well, it's an hour's drive to Chamonix for you ) Grand Montets is due open next weekend!

It'll be fine - there'll be snow everywhere - the Pope sorted it for us! :D
