Ian, I think there might be a nasty bang if we tried that :lol: :lol:

Actually, we are seriously being told (and paid) to alter our farming methods to try to reduce greenhouse gases (for example, by blocking up field drains to increase the peat bogs, which are very effective carbon sinks, etc.).

We could all go vegan and plant trees all over the uplands - no need for cows, sheep, or cattle then :D
