Peakmonster, AFAICS you are about to take your 1st ski trip. Unless you have put a few weeks of use into your boots already, could you report back onto the thread how you are all getting on with your boots after your trip?
A few weeks use, normally separates out the work of the bootfitter, from the boot seller :D

Hi true,
Yes i am new to the sport, but my partner and some of her family have been sking for years.
Decided to give it a go in april as I was advised the indoor / outdoor ski slopes start to go quiet then, also my partners family had returned from a holiday in March and wanted to go this winter and its given me plenty of practice and lesson time.
Had my current boots for 5 months having battled with some poorly fitting boots when i started and it has transformed my sking.
I am also not taken in easly and read up a lot before buying boots as they are a bit of an investment.
:D
