I'll second that. They're good anytime of the year, but especially when skiing!

Also, you will want to ski down the very pretty blue run towards Grindelwald from Kleine Scheidegg after you've had your Rosti to try out the apple fritters at the restaurant at Brandegg (next to the railway station). Like very light doughnuts with apple inside and covered in custard, they are ... mmmmmm ... delicious!!

Ow, can't wait to be there in February.
