Rose I had chickenpox for the 1st time a couple of summers ago. Unfortunately I was poorly for 3 weeks :( I did get some stuff from the chemists to paint on the spots which stopped them itching )

A very good point.. When I got it, my GP insisted on a looksee. It's not on the notifiable list though?

Yes will be off work now but would have been contagious last week and it is a notifiable disease. Confirmed with GP to-night.

Not itching too badly applying aloe vera which helps but definately bicarb in the bath to-night.
