Nice piccies ) The run down to the dam didn't seem to have too many tracks?
The path down beside the wall is very steep though. Did you end up poling to get to the road?

I really must get my fat backside over into the Orxival in April, it looks lovely. :D

if you come right into the barrage wall it's somewhere over 50', it's not always skiable, often it turns into an icewall. To skiers left you've a small cliff complex so there's a series of "don't-miss" turns.

The thing i like about your photo`s ise is that they are never just a boring bog standed photo, There`s alway`s some magic that you capture in your len`s. :thumbup:

Next time we meet, will you remind me to avoid the 50' bit and to by pass the "don't-miss" turns in favour of more mellow stuff )
