The SkiSet shop (Margreiters) is 50 yards from the main gondola base, and they'll look after your shoes during the day and will keep your boots warm at night - skis can be left there overnight also.

thats an excellent piece of advice there admin. I was wondering how we were going to walk with the ski boots on all the way back to our apartments but if the ski hire shop will keep them overnight then that is a bonus......just thought of a drawback though, is there a big queue to retrieve them next day?

Hi Karen72,

As a family we've used Margreiters for ski hire and storage. There's a small fee to use the storage room. Can't remember exactly how much. It was something like 2 Euros a day - but well worth it.

As regards to queues. It is packed first thing as everyone is rushing to get to Ski School on time. Busiest times are between 9:30 and 10:00. I can't say it was a major problem even having to deal with our 4 and 7 year old sons at that time.

Margreiters seem to be the company that Skiset operate through.

We got a great deal on the wifes skis and pass and lessons through Thomas Cook so not sure where her kit will come from, but we will use Margreiters / Skiset for our boards.
