Ski Boot Buying in London?

I only had time to go to Ellis Brigham in the end. I had taken in a lot of what had been said on various threads on here so was fully armed with what I thought he should do.

After he had measured my feet he bought a pair of Lange Banshees out for me to try on. As soon as I put my foot in the shell without the liner I said these are too big and they were (2+ inches at back). He then got a pair of 25.5 out which fitted perfectly length ways (toes just touching front and heal touching back but the width was just a bit to big.

I have now come to the conclusion that I want a performance fit. Any movement side to side is going to wind me up and they will probably pack out a bit.
