There are two main resorts in Chamrousse. They are Recoin and Beranger.

Bachat Bouloud is within the ski domain and it is possible to ski there from the main resorts and get a lift back out but it is nevertheless quite separate.

I understand that much of Bachat Bouloud is being renovated but I am not sure if the trouble with Transmontagne has delayed things.

There are certainly no derelict buildings in the main resorts of Recoin and Beranger.
