Sow I sea :D
I'm a boarder and can claim to go either way....
Oh no  it's another one...help we're being overrun
A lot depends on the kids previous ski or even other sports experience. My daughter was eight when she started boarding, but had skied since she was four.
I said befor that it is possible and I've seen it done, but you are really talking about an experienced adult giving up thier own board time to spend hours literally holding the child's hands. TBH I don't know that many parents would want to give up every morning of thier short vacation time to walk the beginner slope with thier four old.

My kids were about 8 and 10 when they tried boarding. The younger one couldn't even drag the board, the older one struggled a bit too. The instructor said they were probably too young and not really strong enough.

I think that has to be contender for quote of the year Innuendo Bingo here we come
I think that AJ already caught me out with a much worse one. And then Jan caught me with my "thighs together". I only ever check my stuff for speling misteaks.
