Its not as simple as that hans9361 as its blown on both sides. A repair like this would get worse before it got better and at what cost.IMO better to bin it and buy another.

It depends on the board. If the board were a thousand euro kessler, or a metal construction Donek from Canada, it would be worth repairing. Especially if you can have the manufacturer do the work (Donek could do this). Just depends on the value of the board.
