Hi Hirsty
I have had very similar problems as to what you have descibed, mainly in little toe area even to the point of loss of feeling.
You may find some helpful comments on a post I started, under the heading of "Painful feet advice"
page 2 of hardware section.( Im sure there is a clever way to link to this?)
