My view on the term agressive would mostly have to do with the sidecut design. Two skis with nominally the same sidecut radius might have very different compound shapes. Most sidecuts are designed to be directional, that is be less "turny" or agressive when going forward.
Anyone who snowboards, knows it is harder to ride backwards (fakie). This is in part due to the sidecut design on freeride boards. Freestyle boards, which are designed to be ridden in both directions would have a more symetrical sidecut. My guess is that the new Park Skis (freestyle) will be similar.

As far as I'm concerned an aggressive skier is on who goes at it hard, fast and with a lot of energy.
Therefore aggresive skis are ones that allow you to do this.
