Your welcome Volf! Bizarrely I have only had to gen up on EU directives because I live outside it the EU. If I still lived in the UK there would have been no need.

Tourism is business and Brexit is unlikely to impede travel for tourism.

Big effect on workers perhaps but unlikely to be any different to skiing in non EU countries like Canada when it comes to the average holiday.

If it affects the Pound then that could be a different matter.

Consider briefly - realize you can't get a £50 flight to US and book as normal.

Whichever side of the Brexit line you stand the idea that people are afraid about not being able to travel to Europe is frankly absurd.

What is far more likely to be of concern is that world economy is wobbling and Brexit aside UK is in a poor state to weather the storm. Low productivity, awful infrastructure, asset (house) prices that make no sense, still having a budget deficit at end of cycle etc.

Ski holidays are far more expensive than summer ones so for sure industry will suffer some form of downturn.

That depends on your reference point. The current exchange rate is very similar to what it was back in 2009-2011. Currencies will always change, you will get good years and bad years.

Clearly employment law cannot be ignored just because it is a ski resort and their is a ready supply of youngsters wanting to do a season or two.

Prices fluctuate. Tour operators charge us as much as they think they can and if they overcharge the bookings fall.

Chalet owners and tour ops presumably do the same. Charge too much and the operators don't book. Pay too little and there is no point renting out or running a chalet.

The impact of fewer catered days is simply going to make half board hotels seem more attractive.
