The company I work for sell GoPro, so I've seen this year's range.
Several new options available this year. The Hero 3+ has been replaced by the Hero 4. Beware of the processing power needed to edit the footage on the hi spec models.
New is the Hero Session which is a slimmed down camera, GoPro have just reduced the price of these. Great helmet cam as its so light and compact.
Two new budget models too, the Hero+ and Hero+LCD

There's company in Italy just over the border from me that makes fishing rods and skis http://www.baronesport.it/ If you could convince your bosses top stock the rods you might be able to get a good deal on a pair of skis.
