You mean, you might get moved to a better chalet with a swimming pool? That sounds OK to me :)

Although the pool and the fact this one is in town does sound good.

I'm very jealous. It's a shame we left it so late to decide to go skiing this year. Myself and my fiancé would have happily filled a gap!

Received a phone call from Ski Olympic earlier. They are putting us in the Chalet Grand Planica. :)

That sounds excellent - a free upgrade :)
this is what Ski Olympic say about the Grand Planica:

Chalets Grand and Petit Planica possess a high quality finish, fantastic location, and excellent amenities. As part of a residence containing other luxury accommodation, Chalets Grand and Petit Planica have access to private leisure facilities that include a swimming pool, sauna, hamman and spa pool.

Each chalet has an atmospheric open plan lounge/dining room with a wood burning stove, looking out onto a large south-facing balcony with superb views over the Tarentaise valley and across to the slopes of Les Arcs.

FREE Wifi offers you the chance to catch up on your emails whilst enjoying a hard earned afternoon tea.

All the bedrooms are ensuite and most have balconies. A lift serves the guest floors as well as the underground garage where a parking space can be booked for a small charge. The chalets are well situated in an exclusive development alongside the piste, allowing the convenience of ski-in/ski-out.

Ski Olympic in-house ski & boot hire service is available in this chalet including boot warmers.

Sounds good. Thanks again Ally for recommending :) Ski-in/ski-out. That's good. I think the other Chalet was a short bus ride away.

Anyways If I can figure out how to upload pictures on here ill be sure to share some on my return. But for now I had better get back to packing! The worst part of any trip
